Founded over 30 years ago as a shareholding company with three hotels purchased from the government, Abu Dhabi National Hotels PJSC (ADNH) has grown in both size and diversity into a quality, broad based hotel, tourism, transport and catering group.
Today ADNH interests span over all sectors of the hospitality industry. This covers the ownership and representation of 5-star hotels in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai. ADNH also has the Al Diar Hotels division, which has ten executive hotels located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the Northern Emirates. ADNH, in partnership with major Abu Dhabi institutions, also has investment interests in hotels and resorts overseas.
In January 2001, ADNH created a joint venture with Compass International, the UK based catering group for its catering and facility management interests in the MENA region. Compass International is the world's largest catering and services group, operating in over 94 countries.
