Founder & CEO of the consultancy firm, Eric HAFNER has started operations in Dubai, U.A.E. in Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority in 2009, and moved to Meydan Free Zone in 2013, after 11 years of HR leadership in various Dubai based companies.
HAFNER team counts 23 Senior HR Consultants from 8 different origins and cultures.
Our consultants are all qualified HR professionals and have past HR operational experience at managerial level in the UAE and the GCC region for up to 20 years, before having switched to consultancy/advisory: Our solutions are based on profound knowledge of the business and practices, rules and regulations from the region.
