   يعد مستشفى أبوظبي للصقور أول منشأة عامة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة تقدم خدمات الرعاية الصحية البيطرية الشاملة للصقور فقط. وقد تم انشائه من قِِِبل هيئة البيئة - أبوظبي ، و قد جرى افتتاح المستشفى في الثالث من أكتوبر 1999 كمنشأة تابعة لهيئة البيئة في أبوظبي، ليصبح أكبر مستشفى للصقور في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والعالم؛ حيث تجاوز تدفق المرضى على المستشفى 50000 مريض في الاثني عشر عامًا الأولى من إنشائه، ويستقبل سنوياً أكثر من 6000 صقر لفحصهم ومعالجتهم.

وقد برز مستشفى أبوظبي للصقور من إنشائه كواحد من أفضل مستشفيات الصقور سمعة في منطقة الخليج، وأكبر مستشفى للصقور في العالم، ومركز رائد في طب الصقور على المستوى الدولي. حتى تمكن المستشفى على مر السنوات من تكوين قاعدة عريضة ووفية من المرضى، ليس في الإمارات العربية المتحدة فحسب، بل وأيضا في دول مثل المملكة العربية السعودية وقطر والكويت والبحرين.

   The Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital (ADFH) is the first public institution in the United Arab Emirates providing comprehensive veterinary health care services exclusively for falcons. Established by Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi and opened on 3rd of October, 1999, Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital has become the largest falcon hospital in the UAE and in the world with a patient influx of more than 75,000 patients in the first fourteen years of existence.

Yearly around 11,200 falcons are received for examinations and treatment. Since its inception, the Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital has emerged as one of the most reputed falcon hospitals in the Gulf region and as the largest falcon hospital in the world and leading center for falcon medicine world-wide. Over the years, the ADFH has established a loyal and a wide patient-base not just in the UAE, but also in countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

From being established as a purely veterinary facility, the ADFH has expanded in the fields of education and awareness, training and research. Due to the huge demand for providing our experience to other avian species, we have opened the falcon hospital to a fully-fledged specialized avian hospital for all kinds of birds and poultry species in 2006. Consequently, we have massively expanded our facilities to meet the growing demand of our services and to be able to hospitalize more sick falcons and other birds.
