The Royal Budha The premier fine dining restaurant at the Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha has just announced the name of their signature chef, one that arrives with credentials to serve up a banquet of Royal Thai flavours.
Sanya Waengdongbang, a Thai national who supervised the opening of the restaurant and subsequently returning to his native land to enhance his learning as a Thai Chef has just arrived back to Dubai.
Now with special training certificates for presenting Thai cuisine, in a contemporary style under his belt, Chef Sanya returns to The Royal Budha at the Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha with renewed knowledge of the subtle tastes and dynamic flavours essential in Thai cooking.
From an early age, Chef Sanya was committed to a vocation in cooking and has spent 16 years fine-tuning his palate, an essential expertise for any Thai chef who needs to marry the flavours of sweet and spice, sour and salt to present the perfect dish.
