   Al Tayer Stocks is a Limited Liability Company established in 1998 as a partnership venture with a 51% shareholding by the Al Tayer Group and 49% by leading South African construction company Stefanutti Stocks.

With over 16 years of trading in the UAE the company has established a reputation with its Clients as a reliable partnercapable of delivering building and interiors projects safely, on time and to a high standard of quality across a wide variety of Industry Sectors with Contract Values ranging from AED 1 million to AED 200 million.

Al Tayer Stocks are committed to working in partnership with our Clients to develop optimum solutions. Our knowledge and experience enables us to operate on a comprehensive range of projects, from simple office or retail fit-outs, to entire new buildings complete with MEP services.

We have built up over our years of trading an experienced team who are actively involved in every aspect of the project from inception to completion. We identify and solve problems along with our Clients and Consultants and have the in house capability to produce AutoCAD shop drawings, source and obtain samples of materials, co-ordinate MEP services, and project manage the entire spectrum of construction activities.

We have a core experienced workforce and can carry out our own concrete works, blockwork, screeding, plastering, wall and floor tiling and carpentry.

We work with a proven and selected range of Supply Chain Partners for specialised work such as MEP, ceilings and partitions, glazing, flooring, specialized joinery and painting. These specialists have worked with us on many projects and are considered to be part of our team, as they are proven to adhere to our programme, safety and quality requirements.

With a Head Office in Dubai and branch offices in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah we have Trade Licenses to operate in most Emirates in the UAE for interior fit-out and new build construction projects.

In January 2012 we successfully established an office in Qatar to cater for the Interiors Fit out market and have completed several projects. We look forward to future projects in the region.
