Cactus Cantina opened its first restaurant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 1992 and has proudly served great modern Mexican food to diners from all over the world for more than twenty years. Established by veteran chef and restauranteur Rudy Rivas, Cactus Cantina distinguishes itself from other Mexican casual dining concepts by combining high quality, innovative Nuevo Latino Cuisine with Mexican classics.
